What Our Warranty Covers

1. Body & Structural Repairs

We guarantee all structural and metal repairs against defects in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.
If rust, cracking, or bodywork failure occurs due to our workmanship, we’ll repair or replace the affected area at no charge.

2. Paint & Refinishing

All refinish work performed by Bobby’s Paint & Body Shop is covered against peeling, blistering, or excessive fading under normal driving conditions.
We use high-quality paint systems and factory-approved procedures to ensure a lasting finish.

3. Parts Replacement

All new OEM or aftermarket parts installed by us are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
We assist with any claims or issues involving defective parts covered under manufacturer terms.

4. Mechanical & Frame Work

Any mechanical or frame alignment work performed as part of your repair is warranted against workmanship defects for as long as you own the vehicle.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, or environmental exposure (hail, chemicals, road debris, etc.)
  • Repairs or modifications performed after delivery by another shop
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by lack of maintenance
  • Parts supplied by the customer

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue related to a covered repair:

  1. Contact Bobby’s Paint & Body Shop at (337) 235-9753.
  2. Bring your vehicle to our Lafayette facility for inspection.
  3. We’ll assess the concern and, if covered, perform the corrective repair at no cost.
